- Non-Custom Orders: All non-custom orders are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Custom Orders: Please note that all custom orders, including items with personalized engravings, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We take pride in providing a proof of the custom design before completing your order to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone at (888) 576-3366 or by email at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your non-custom order.
- Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
- Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Include the RA number on the return package and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility based on our return policy, we will proceed with the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
