Non-Custom Orders: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Custom Orders: All custom orders, including items with personalized engravings, are final sale and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We provide a proof of your custom design before engraving to ensure satisfaction.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.

Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Items that appear used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling may not qualify for a full refund.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
